Dinner Canoe Under the Stars Great for incentive or corporate entertainment trips. Begin your evening with a gourmet catered dinner under the trees next to the beach, complete with wine, appetizers, dessert and hot drinks. Having satiated the physical body, it’s time to fulfill the soul! As the sun sinks behind the Cascades the canoes will be ready to launch and we’ll hit the water for an absolutely serene and stunning paddle.
