Discover the BEER that's around this Bend

Bend has some of the world's best beer. Maybe we're just saying that because we live here and think we have all the best stuff... but we're pretty sure we actually do, and the beer really is top notch.

Because we love it so much, we want you to love it too. That's why we started the Bend Brew Bus. It's the perfect way to see, learn, and best of all taste the beer we love so much. Have you ever wanted to meet a brewer? See exactly what ingredients are in your favorite brews? Or figure out if you're more of an IPA or a stout person? We are here to help. So enjoy our newest video featuring one of our very favorite tours. After all, when you think of craft beer, think of Bend, Oregon.

Local Highlight: Deschutes River Conservancy

The Deschutes River Conservancy is out to change the story.

The Deschutes River Conservancy is non-profit corporation founded by the Environmental Defense Fund, the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation and local irrigation districts. In the past sixteen years, they have built a strong foundation for collaborative work in the Deschutes Basin.

Their mission is to restore streamflow and improve water quality in the Deschutes Basin. Their objectives are to meet or exceed state water quality standards and to restore the natural hydrograph to the extent environmentally, socially and economically feasible in the Deschutes River and its tributaries.

The Deschutes River Conservancy is a nationally recognized leader in river restoration and have set the bar for achieving results through collaboration.

Cave Cleanup 2017

Cave Cleanup with Wanderlust Tours

Every year, the first Saturday in May, Wanderlust Tours and other local businesses team up to clean up the central Oregon caves. We love to call this place home so we do our best to take care of it.

Lunch from Jimmy John's

Equipped with trash bags, helmets, and headlamps, volunteers went into various caves off China Hat Road to collect trash and debris that had been left behind. If you'd like to join our efforts next year, you can RSVP and join us! In the mean time, enjoy some pictures from this year's event. As always, a HUGE thank you goes out to Jimmy John's for supplying a delicious lunch!
