Tour Minimums
If the tour minimum is not met, guests will be notified at least 48 hours in advance. At that time, you may reschedule or cancel your tour. Wanderlust Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations when tour minimums are not reached.
Weather & Conditions
At Wanderlust Tours, your safety is our top priority.
Rain or Shine: All tours operate in a variety of weather conditions. We do not issue refunds for rain or other typical weather.
Company Cancellations: If conditions such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, wildfire smoke, or other hazards make a tour unsafe, Wanderlust Tours will cancel the trip. In this case, you may:
Reschedule for another date,
Hold your payment as credit toward a future tour, or
Receive a full refund.
Wildfire Smoke: Because smoke forecasts for Bend may not reflect conditions at our tour sites, please contact our office if you have concerns about air quality.
Guest Cancellations: If the tour is able to run and you choose to cancel your tour, our standard cancellation policy applies, and no refund will be issued.
Standard Half-Day Tours
Full payment is due at time of booking.
Cancellation Window: Guests may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the tour start time. A 10% processing fee will be withheld from any refund.
Within 48 Hours: Cancellations or changes to group size made within 48 hours of departure will result in full forfeiture of guest’s tour cost.
Date Changes: Requests to change your tour date will be considered based on availability.
No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive for their tour will forfeit the full cost.
Special Events, Private & Custom Tours
Cancellation Window: Guests may cancel or reschedule up to two (2) weeks before the tour. Your 10% non-refundable deposit will be retained.
Within 2 weeks of your tour: Cancellation will result in a full forfeiture of your tour cost. There are no refunds if individual guests are unable to attend the tour after the final payment.
Date Changes: Requests to change your tour date will be considered based on availability.
No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive for their tour will forfeit the full cost.
Custom Tours: Some private or custom tours may have a different cancellation window. Please refer to the policy outlined in your proposal.
Local Pour Tours
As with all Wanderlust Tours, we expect guests to conduct themselves respectfully. Because the Local Pour tour involves alcohol, we want to highlight the following:
Intoxication: Guests who are visibly intoxicated at pickup will not be allowed on tour. This is for the safety of all participants and our partners, as the tour includes behind-the-scenes access in active workspaces.
Respectful Conduct: Many of our tour stops are at family-friendly establishments. Please treat staff, other patrons, and fellow guests with courtesy and appropriate decorum.
Tour Termination: If an individual or group fails to behave appropriately, the guide has full authority to end the tour early. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Deposits, Fees & Donations
All donations made when booking are non refundable.
Overnight Tours
Unless otherwise noted in your specific proposal/ itinerary, you have up until ONE month before your departure to cancel or change your tour date. Cancellation/decrease in numbers/change of date for any reason within the cancellation period prior to the tour will result in a FULL forfeiture of your tour cost. No-shows forfeit full tour cost. There will be no exceptions. This includes cancellations due to covid-related illness.
We will charge 100% of tour cost should any members cancel after their specific tour’s cancellation deadline, or fail to arrive in time for the tour departure. Regrettably, we are not able to waive our policy for any reason, including cancellations due to injury or illness. This includes cancellations due to covid-related illness.
